PMG Creates New Leadership Roles to Enhance Client Experience

PMG, Inc., the nation’s leader in revenue cycle management solutions exclusively for community health centers (CHCs), announces the reorganization and enhancement of their client services staff.

We found the absolute best people to fill these new positions and this is going to allow us to take our client experience to a whole new level and enhance our effectiveness across the board. ”
Erin Pinkos (nee Walsh) will serve as PMG’s first Director of Client Partnerships. This is a new position and is already becoming a vital part of every revenue cycle client relationship. The goal is to ensure that everyone involved is on the same page so any challenges affecting client revenue are identified and rectified quickly and efficiently. Erin has spent over 6 years with PMG learning the revenue cycle process from various perspectives. Her industry knowledge is impressive and her proactive down-to-earth approach to problem-solving has been hugely successful thus far and clients could not be happier.
PMG is also pleased to announce Kayla Parker as the new Director of Revenue Cycle. Kayla began her career over 10 years ago as a billing representative at CVS Caremark. With her impressive ability to increase revenue cycle efficiency she was quickly recognized as a rising star that gets results. In her new position, Kayla is responsible for managing PMG’s charge processing, payment posting, and denial management staff. Her in-depth understandings of the CHC revenue cycle and data analysis skills are already producing positive results.
