Franklin Primary Health Center Selects PMG for Its Billing Needs

Pawtucket, R.I., and Mobile, Ala. – September 13, 2011 – Priority Management Group, Inc. (PMG), a leading supplier of outsourced billing services for community health centers (CHCs), announced today it will provide billing services to Franklin Primary Health Center, Inc. (FPHC).

FPHC is a federally qualified community health center (FQHC) with 15 clinic locations in Alabama. The organization has delivered quality health care for over 35 years and offers a comprehensive set of services — including medical primary and specialty care, dental services, behavioral health and substance abuse care — to thousands of area residents annually. FPHC also cares for homeless patients in its service area.

Under the agreement, PMG will deliver a wide-ranging suite of services (e.g. revenue enhancement, denial management, sliding-fee scales) beginning this month. Consulting services will include a full onsite operational assessment to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the front-end billing process along with ongoing training sessions to ensure appropriate coding by providers.
